Damdochax River Steelhead - British Columbia

Open Dates October 15-22, 2016

This is a rare opportunity for 4 anglers to fly fish for wild steelhead in a true wilderness. It will be your own private river for the week as there are no other lodges, jet boats etc. The Damdochax river is a remote tributary of the Nass River in B.C. There has never been any logging, mining, roads or dams on this river. It is incredibly beautiful, perfect for fly fishing with spey, switch or single handed rods. The runs are accessed by a trail that runs along both banks of the river and rafts. I fished with Damdochax River Lodge in 2012 and have worked with them since the 90’s. The river and the fishing is an aesthetic 10! It is indeed the river of your dreams.

The lodge takes 4 anglers per week and is accessed from Smithers.
The rate is $10,750 CAD + 5% GST = $11287.50 CAD. Anglers from the US can take advantage of the favorable exchange rate which is currently .76.
